Microneedling at Amara Medspa

Microneedling treats fine lines, acne scars, stretch marks, traumatic scars and improves the skinʼs textures, tone and color (hyper-pigmentation and sun spots). During the procedure, tiny needles are used to create controlled micro-injuries to your skin in order to produce collagen and elastin. Microneedling with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) uses the growth factor found from the patient’s own blood to supercharge the microneedling benefits. PRP also addresses under eye puffiness and dark circles to give a more youthful, rested appearance since PRP is derived from the patient’s own blood. Any side effects are virtually eliminated.
